- The person at Okidata is correct, but it sounds like he was wimping out of
- the real explination for your problem. The Commodore serial bus is
- proprietary. A printer with the Commodore serial interface will not work
- with the more common, and industry standard, RS-232 serial ports on Apples or
- your Tandy. To interface it with a computer other than a Commodore, you need
- the appropriate "Plug 'n Play" module. You might call Okidata back and
- inquire about availability for the computers you want to interface to, but
- seeing as this printer has been out of production for many years now, it is
- doubtful they can help you.
